Hi! Weren't you on Etsy a while ago? What happened?
I have my reasons quitting Etsy. Please note that all the previous preorders on Etsy have been fully refunded and moved to BigCartel. I won't use the platform anymore because a phone number is needed upon checkout, and Etsy doesn't have that feature, as well as suspending my account without any emails whatsoever.

When will the order be shipped?
Orders will be shipped via PosMalaysia.
If the shipping method is tracked, a tracking number will be provided via email. It'll take up to 1-6 business days for your order to be shipped after the confirmation is emailed to you.
For preorders, the shipping dates are included in the product's description.
The fees may increase in price depending on the amount of items you add in your checkout.

We don't accept any cancellations or returns. Refunds will be available for tracked orders that are lost in the mail.

When will I receive my order?
These are the estimated shipping times.- West Malaysia: 1-7 days
- East Malaysia: 5-14 days
- Other Countries: 7-30 days (may take longer if it's holiday season)
Some countries require you to review the packages in customs whether they would be taxed or not. Example: Japan, Germany, etc.
